Glow is aloof, brilliant, witty and down to earth, albeit a tad eccentric. She has a bit of an ego and especially enjoys being flattered or praised, often claiming that she is (or will be) the greatest scientist in the universe. She is fascinated by all things technology, and especially idolizes Sir Charles Hedgehog for his inventions. When she sets her mind to it, she can be especially determined and will not stop until a problem has been solved, even if it is not in the way originally intended.
Glow is generally friendly, just a bit socially awkward because of her brainy interests. Sometimes she techno-babbles, whether or not the person's she's talking to (if not herself) even understands it.
All in all, Glow is a loyal, dependable friend, taking her word as a 'professional' seriously when the need arises.
She also is sensitive about her Bio-luminescence.
Strengths:
While her strengths are in laser and light based technology, she is still well versed in robotics and even some Artificial intelligence. Glow is extremely intelligent, unfortunately lack of resources tends to keep her from her full potential.
Glow is a quick thinker, and can often find a solution to a problem and fix it, even if it's sometimes in odd ways.
Her 'secret lab' has a number of defenses, including thermal dampening, optical camo, scanning jammers and internal laser turrets.
Glow's antennae are sensitive to electrical and Magnetic fields, being able to pick out faint fluctuations and distinct signals.
Glow is also very dextrous with her hands, able to thread circuits and do careful detail work with ease. She is also fond of twirling tools in her hand as she's thinking.
She's capable of sprinting surprisingly fast for a short time, but it tires her out greatly.
Weaknesses:
Glow is physically weak, she can't lift heavy things, she has low stamina and has a soft fragile exoskeleton, but tries to make up for this with her gadgets and just getting the hell outta dodge. She can seem extremely socially awkward at times, and can become easily offended when someone criticizes her methods or inventions.
When Glow is flustered, parts of her body and cheeks tend to emit bio luminescence, which can severely hamper attempts to hide in the dark. She has almost no control over this, she simply never really learned because of the embarrassment it caused her.
Because of her antennae, Strong EMP pulses can send her into sensory overload and stun her for a bit, weaker ones can even cause migraines.
Glow is very sensitive to cold and will become lethargic to the point of being put into a temporary coma state if it gets too cold for too long.
Unlike her brothers, Glow cannot fly.
History:
Glow was always a brainiac and didn't tend to fit in with the rest of the crowd because of it. She heard of Sir Charles Hedgehog and his technology and quickly idolized the royal inventor. However most of her friends and family didn't entirely support her ambitious (and often backfire prone) projects. In a fit of defiance, she discovered an old underground shelter and converted it into her very own 'secret Lab' and began to tinker with technology to one day be as great as Sir Charles. After a few years, she accumulated a large stockpile of spare parts, electrical equipment, and any other technological scraps she could find. After Robotnik's takeover, she retreated to her secret lab and began researching robotics and possibly a way to reverse robotization so that she can meet and help her long time Idol.

Glow also has a small wrist mounted mini computer, much like NICOLE (only without any AI) that helps her do tasks both in and out of her lab. While inside her lab it acts as security center and a master control.
Her lab was once an old storm shelter that she found while exploring an old property outside of her town. She managed to salvage and even create more efficient survival equipment thanks to an underground thermal spring the shelter was made around, which also provides a steady source of water. She has a small hydroponics plant as well as a few wood burning furnaces and generators for backup.
While Glow's robotic and electrical supplies are limited, she's able to scrap together most of what she needs from salvaging what she can find out of robotropolis dumps. (And, possibly come across a mercenary willing to trade supplies for her services, often for upgrades for a prosthetic robotic arm.)
